SUMMARY

Our clients purchased this fixer from the original owner and original condition. Not only that, it had several areas of structural issues. We worked side by side with our client to coordinate the necessary repairs, design, and project management. We started with referring them to our trusted engineer and contractor to not only stabilize the foundation but also to level the floors in the affected areas.

Inside, we completely reimagined the space, removing several walls and creating a huge open floor plan. This was highlighted with a designer kitchen with white shaker cabinets, floating oak shelves, and a contrasting charcoal island with waterfall edges. We added oak flooring into the kitchen for a continuous flow.

The other big change came in the primary bathroom. What was once a tiny bathroom with a motel like vanity area, was combined to create a luxurious bathroom featuring a modern floating vanity, oversized shower with frameless glass

No part of the home was left untouched from all new windows, wood front door, new light fixtures, new electrical and plumbing, completely redesigned hall bath, refinished floors, interior and exterior paint, and hvac. The overgrown yard was replaced with a clean, simple space to entertain. Finally, we added clear redwood cladding to the entry for the home to really stand out from the rest of the neighborhood.

With packed open houses, we received a really strong pre-emptive offer which we negotiated to be the highest sale in the neighborhood, EVER.
