Kenneth is an Oakland native and veteran of the real estate industry. He got his start flipping houses and has experience with investment, wealth management, and insurance claims negotiation. Kenneth has been recognized as a top producer since receiving his license and was recently recognized as one of the top 1,000 agents in California by REAL Trends and AREAA’s A-List. He has worked hard to cultivate a strong reputation using the latest tech tools and forward-thinking marketing strategy. He is also dedicated to giving his clients honest, direct feedback, and sparing them from the high-pressure sales tactics often employed by industry peers. Kenneth uses his experience renovating homes to provide his clients with realistic insights on potential issues and real-world solutions and costs. He is a graduate of Cal State Hayward, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration. When not working with clients, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his wife, Dora, newborn daughter, Elyse, and dog Clover. He is an avid traveler, and he loves to snowboard, scuba dive, and play basketball and football.
