If you have followed us for awhile, you’ve probably seen some of the renovation projects we’ve done for our sellers prior to putting their home on the market and our investment projects. Now, we’re going to take you behind the scenes and show you how we plan and execute a large scale renovation. We’ll give you tips and tricks as well as things to avoid.
In this project, we’re going to take your everyday mid-century rancher and turn it into a sleek modern home with an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. To accomplish this, we will remove several walls, frame out a 4th bedroom, and relocate the kitchen. The living space will be combined into one area with a 10 foot kitchen island, dry bar.
We will also reconfigure the master bathroom to better utilize the space and show you some not so glamorous work that that makes this all possible.
