When not working with clients, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his wife, Dora, newborn daughter, Elyse, and dog Clover. He is an avid traveler, and he loves to snowboard, scuba dive, and play basketball and football.

She was born in Vietnam and raised in Oakland, CA. Having gone away to college to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, she discovered that the East Bay is and will always be her home. Dinh currently lives in Castro Valley and considers herself hyper-local. She is passionate about supporting the local businesses in her community and you will often find her at local coffee shops, restaurants, and events. Dinh loves being a Realtor in the East Bay because she can share her commitment to her community with others.
Dinh is a board member for a regional Real Estate Association and has done community work with the City Of Oakland’s Mayor’s Office, Oakland Chambers of Commerce, and other non-profit organizations. In addition, she serves as a member of the Professional Standards Committee for Bay East Association of Realtors. Prior to becoming a Broker Associate, she was a program specialist conducting research and evaluating local governing agencies on how to improve and develop effective and efficient programming to better communities.
When she is not working, you can find her soaking up the sun in her garden where she dabbles in urban farming, including raising chickens and making her own dirt! In addition, she manages an urban gardening Facebook group where members are connected with answers to their questions and gain local inspirations.
Fiona Chan Hoang is PR pro turned realtor, born and raised in the Bay Area.

Prior to following her dream of real estate, Fiona led communications teams for companies like LEGO, Roku and Shutterfly. As an agency executive, she quickly and continually proved herself, which later led to in-house recruitment by clients and an independent consulting business. A UC Davis Aggie, Fiona has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Communications and Sociology-Organizational Studies. Cantonese was her first language, thanks to after-school dates with grandparents and their love of Chinese soap operas. In her spare time, Fiona enjoys exploring neighborhoods near and far, getting lost in a good book, live entertainment and friendly competition over everything from throwing darts to driving golf balls. She lives in Oakland’s Piedmont Avenue neighborhood with her husband and daughter.
Kathy is a Bay Area native, raised in Los Altos and currently living in the East Bay. With over 20 years of customer service experience, she started her real estate career in 2015 as a Transaction Coordinator and recently became Executive Assistant to the Er team. Kathy is an avid running, hiker and bike enthusiast, passionately dedicated to her husband, three kids and three rescue mutts. She enjoys wine tasting and reading in her spare time.
Allison was born and raised North of Boston, Massachusetts. She studied Architecture and Design at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She moved to the West Coast in 2017 to be closer to extended family, and for the sunshine (of course!) Her background includes experience in E-Commerce Content, Spatial Design, Photography, and Staging. Her broad work experiences have made her a Jill-of-all-trades; from writing editorial, to designing spaces, to professional photography, to staging homes in the East Bay. When she’s not working she enjoys hanging out by the lake, going on photo walks through neighborhoods, and trying new foods. Her hobbies include film photography, plants, painting, ceramics, and spending time with family and friends.
