SUMMARY
We had the pleasure of representing the sellers of their longtime home and appreciate the trust that they put into us. The market conditions were not ideal and the home obviously needed some improvements to get the attention and price that it deserved.
As always, we aim to highlight the homes. Best features to attract the most buyers. In this case, modernizing the space to highlight the oversize family room and the primary bathroom were our top priorities, in addition to our more typical improvements, such as painting, placing light fixtures, installing and refinishing floors, and landscaping. The primary bathroom was completely transformed into a spa-like oasis with a modern, walnut wall hung vanity, sleek wood-like tile, and topped off with a frameless glass shower enclosure.
The result was absolutely phenomenal, even in a difficult time in the market, our open houses were packed and we had people lining up to enter as soon as we went on the market. The end result was nine incredible offers and a selling price just shy of $2 million. One of the highest sales prices in Castro Valley this year!
