Niche released their 2016 list of top elementary schools in the San Francisco Bay Area and the rankings surprised even me. There are several regions in the Bay Area that are home to great schools and the East Bay is no exception. What surprised me was that the vast majority of the Top 100 schools were in the East Bay! In fact, the top 48 schools and the top 49 out of 50 were located in the Greater East Bay. Of the Top 100 schools, only 7 were not located in the Greater East Bay.
That is not all. The Tri-Valley cities of Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, and Livermore had 32 out of its 44 elementary schools make the Top 100! If you take out Livermore’s 9 Elementary Schools (non made the Top 100), the Tr-Valley had 32 out of 35 schools make the Top 100. That is very impressive!
